Former SNL Weekend Update anchor Colin Quinn is taking his show Long Story Short off-Broadway. Long Story Short will play an eight-week engagement at the Bleecker Street Theatre beginning June 18 while the run will conclude August 15. The show, directed by Jerry Seinfeld, is described as "Colin Quinn’s hilarious look at the ups and downs of great civilizations gone wrong. In this one-man sendup, Quinn channels comedic personalities of nations past, offering satirical takes on the attitudes, appetites and habits that toppled powerful empires.
