I'm a huge SNL fan and I'm not one to get down on the show very often, but I definitely thought last night's episode was pretty weak. January Jones couldn't keep a straight face even when nothing was funny. The skits were pretty silly (Jason Sudeikis did a wonderful Jimmy Stewart, but come on, a skit all about Grace Kelly farting? Wow. Just wow.). I think best skit is a tie between the Dairy Queen news story and the picnic lunch under the clouds. In my opinion, last night's show was a big step down from the week before.
On a positive note, I'm SO EXCITED for JGL next week. He's such a cutie and I know he'll be wonderful (love the excited JGL video you posted!).

Yeah, I think we should all just forget this week happened. January Jones just wasn't SNL material. She looked like she felt uncomfortable and it seems like the writers didn't know what to do with her. Bad combo.

A bad episode, worst so far this year in my opinion. Agree with the previous commenter that January just didn't seem comfortable at all while hosting. The writing was poor and there were a lot of sketches we've seen before
Best: The Black Eyed Peas, probably not a bad idea to let them play a third time given the quality of the episode.
Best sketch would be Dr. Jyckl, funny idea and Bill did a good job with it. January said basically nothing in this one.
Worst: Can't decide between Grace Kelly or the Today show.
Grace Kelly was just an awful sketch, nothing funny about it.
Today show, Michaela was the only good thing about the today show but Jenny just couldn't replace her. I hope that will be the retiring of this one but i doubt it.
